Media & Authority Requests
This page outlines the procedure for submitting formal requests regarding cold case material received through telepathy and PK within the COLD CASE PK PROTOCOL™. All requests are handled with strict privacy, non-harm, and documentation integrity. Only appropriate and ethically reviewed information is released.
1. Who May Submit a Request?
Requests may be submitted by:
- journalists or editorial staff
- legal representatives
- family members connected to a case
- researchers in relevant fields
- official authorities (police, legal teams, public investigators)
Requests must include full name, organization, and purpose.
2. How to Submit a Request
To submit a request, please use the contact form available on the Contact / Media Request page. Requests are reviewed individually. A confirmation of receipt will be sent when the request has been logged.
3. Materials That May Be Provided
Depending on the nature of the request, the following may be released after ethical screening:
- redacted session notes
- PK confirmation logs (yes/no/maybe sequences)
- verifiable elements with timestamps
- neutral summaries explaining relevance
- documentation timelines
- method notes (telepathy + PK, fully awake)
Sensitive or private material will be withheld unless explicitly required or justified.
4. What Will Not Be Released
The following will not be provided under any circumstance:
- content that identifies private individuals without consent
- names or implications regarding suspects or guilt
- unverified impressions that could mislead or cause harm
- personal details unrelated to cold case relevance
- material involving third‑party privacy concerns
These restrictions exist to protect all individuals connected to a case.
5. Response Time
Response time varies depending on:
- the nature of the request
- the sensitivity of the material
- the need for additional review or redaction
Straightforward requests may be processed quickly; complex requests may require additional time.
6. Disclosure Threshold
Cold case material is only released if:
- a formal request is made, and
- ethical screening supports disclosure, or
- a real-world development makes release relevant
Browsing the cold case section does not grant access to private material without request.
7. Legal Note
Telepathic and PK impressions are not factual claims and do not constitute evidence unless later matched by external developments. Released material is descriptive, not accusatory, and may only be used within its proper context.
